Join us at Barclays as a Strategy and Execution Support Officer, where you will support the delivery of a Group wide strategic programme, supporting problem identification, resolution, and effective escalation and decision-making.
To be successful as a Strategy and Execution Support Officer, you should have experience with:
Supporting the development of Board / ELT-level materials, with close attention to structure, clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.
Contributing to consistency and traceability across reporting for multiple initiatives, helping to maintain aligned messaging, clear audit trails, and effective version control.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions (including risk, finance, operations, technology, and business teams), enabling timely, high-quality inputs and providing constructive challenge where appropriate.

Prior experience working as a consultant.
The ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments, supporting the management of competing priorities while maintaining high-quality outputs and sound judgement on risks, issues, and decisions.
Experience contributing to governance practices, helping to drive consistency, timeliness, and quality across multiple workstreams
Experience in executive reporting, portfolio management, and/or strategy consulting, ideally within complex transformation environments.

This role is based in London.
