Job Description


  • Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and competitive benchmarking to support international expansion and market entry strategies.

  • Plan and execute global expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

  • Develop and drive 100-day plans as well as long-term transformation roadmaps.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across commercial, operations, supply chain, and digital teams.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership (CEO, CFO, and functional heads) to align on strategic priorities.

  • Provide structured updates to leadership, managing upward communication and escalating issues when necessary.


Requirements


  • 3–10 years of experience in consulting, special projects, investment banking, or related fields.

  • Strong problem structuring skills with a hypothesis-driven approach to analysis.

  • Ability to translate strategic insights into actionable execution plans.

  • Solid financial acumen, including P&L understanding and value driver analysis.
