The TikTok Shop US Operations team is committed to delivering high-quality products together with a unique customer experience through TikTok. As part of the Luxury Resale category, you will support the growth of an exciting and fast-evolving business, helping merchants succeed through category strategy, livestream strategy, merchant operations, and data-driven execution.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive research on the global and local luxury resale market trends.

• Monitor and analyze competitor movements on TikTok Shop and other major social commerce platforms.

• Perform deep-dive operational analysis of top-tier merchants (Head Sellers) to identify best practices in product assortment, pricing, and content strategy.

2. Merchant Operations & Strategic Planning

• Assist Operations Managers in developing data-backed growth plans for key luxury merchants.

• Support the end-to-end execution of Mega Live events, ensuring seamless coordination between merchants, creators, and platform resources.

• Track performance metrics post-campaign to evaluate ROI and provide recommendations for future scaling.

3. Data Synthesis & Reporting

• Consolidate complex datasets into structured reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

• Identify emerging "hot items" and consumer behavior shifts within the luxury segment to guide category optimization.
