Mission

As Strategist working for the Amazon Prime Video Account, you will lead the development of insightful, culturally relevant, and data-driven brand and communication strategies. You will collaborate closely with account, creative, influencer, and data teams to shape innovative social-first campaigns that deliver measurable impact. This role requires strong analytical thinking, cultural curiosity, and the ability to transform insights into compelling strategic narratives that guide creative excellence and business growth.

Job Functions

  • Develop end-to-end brand and communication strategies aligned with client objectives

  • Analyze data, market trends, and cultural insights to identify opportunities for brands

  • Translate research and insights into actionable strategic recommendations

  • Collaborate closely with creative, account, influencer, and social teams to guide campaign development

  • Lead strategic thinking for influencer marketing initiatives and creator partnerships

  • Identify the most effective channels, audiences, and content approaches

  • Build compelling strategic narratives and presentations for internal and client stakeholders

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results and KPIs

  • Detect business, communication, and innovation opportunities for client growth

  • Support new business proposals and strategic pitches when needed

  • Ensure strategic consistency across campaigns and deliverables

Requirements

Skills Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, social media, digital marketing, or related roles

  • Proven experience developing integrated digital and social-first strategies

  • Strong experience working with influencers and creator ecosystems

  • Deep understanding of social media from cultural, technical, and tactical perspectives

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into insights

  • Experience building strategic decks and narratives

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience working with international brands and creative agencies preferred

  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable mindset

  • Fluent English required; other languages a plus
