We're excited to be working exclusively with this integrated creative agency, that works with a number of well-known Singaporean brands. They create holistic brand experiences across integrated marketing, social content, branding, UX/UI, experiential and more. Their culture is grounded in being opinionated, outspoken and that everyone is creative.

They are now looking to hire a Strategist (to join their team of 3) who will work across several accounts and be involved in new business pitches.

What you'll be doing:

• Craft smart, creative strategies that align with client goals and brand identity
• Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and insights to drive campaigns
• Collaborate with Account and Creative teams to ensure strategies come to life
• Support new business pitches with fresh content and communication strategies
• Develop plans for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and more
• Use analytics and research to create content that connects with audiences
• Boost engagement across social channels and digital platforms
• Manage multiple projects and accounts, juggling deadlines and priorities

What you need:

• At least 4 years of strategy experience in creative agencies
• Experience in developing integrated marketing and digital strategies
• Strong understanding of social media trends and user behaviour
• Skilled in analyzing data to shape content and campaigns
• Ability to create consistent brand voice, tone, and style
• Confident in leading strategy from idea to execution
