● Brand voice: Audit macros and internal guides to ensure our voice remains warm, clear, and professional.
2. Data insights & performance analysis
● Performance deep-dives: Conduct high-level analysis on CSAT and E-Reputation (Trustpilot, social sentiment) to identify trends.
● Quality analytics: Leverage Data from our QA tool to spot coaching opportunities and celebrate our wins.
● Knowledge optimization: Analyze knowledge base search trends and usage data to identify knowledge gaps and improve content discoverability for the teams.
3. E-Reputation support

● Help draft empathetic, solution-oriented responses that turn detractors into brand
advocates.
Who you are
● A natural communicator: You have an impeccable command of English. You know how to be professional without being "corporate."
