Job Description

As a Buyer – Technical Goods & Services, you take the lead in shaping category strategies and driving procurement projects that deliver real impact. You work closely with technical experts and internal stakeholders to optimise costs, enhance supplier performance, and create long-term value for Luminus.

What you’ll do

  • You define and communicate category strategies that align with business goals.

  • You lead sourcing processes (RFx) to optimise Total Cost of Ownership and generate value.

  • You collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate needs into clear specifications.

  • You negotiate with suppliers and award contracts in line with policy and strategy.

  • You monitor supplier performance and manage contracts to ensure compliance.

  • You stay ahead of market trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • You have a Master’s degree and proven experience in technical procurement.

  • You bring strong project management skills and knowledge of methodology.

  • You demonstrate expertise in stakeholder management within an industrial environment.

  • You have strategic procurement experience for technical goods and services (CAPEX experience is a plus).

  • You are fluent in Dutch; French is an advantage.

  • You show a proactive mindset and enthusiasm for innovation, including AI transformation.
