The Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist is fully responsible for owning and executing executive-level searches. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of an executive search, including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer/negotiation.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research to map target companies and top talent for the company
• Create unique and robust search strategies to identify, attract, and engage with high-caliber candidates, from branding and events, to sourcing and referrals
• Build and maintain effective networks to improve transparency and attract top-quality prospects from the IT space
• Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership
• Manage and constantly ensure a healthy and fruitful pipeline volume and velocity, as well as data integrity

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience in a complex and competitive market
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Experience advising and influencing executive leadership
• Thinks strategically and stays on top of tactical execution
• Exposure to hiring in multiple markets in Europe while considering local specifics will be considered as a strong advantage
• Outstanding communication skills - must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator, able to effectively engage the attention of executive partners, and articulate complex arguments in a polished and professional manner
• Self-assured and able to work on highly confidential searches with senior leadership
