We're seeking an experienced sourcing professional who brings deep healthcare talent networks and a proven ability to identify, engage and secure high-calibre candidates for critical clinical positions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, leveraging existing relationships, market intelligence and innovative sourcing strategies to help Mater address some of its most complex workforce challenges.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning and operational leaders, you'll proactively build and nurture talent pipelines, uncover hidden talent and influence recruitment outcomes for some of our most critical roles.
Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
You're an experienced sourcing or talent acquisition professional who thrives on identifying and engaging high-calibre talent in competitive markets. You bring a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, leveraging established networks, market intelligence and innovative attraction strategies to connect exceptional candidates with critical workforce opportunities.
You have a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges. You're comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivering quality talent outcomes.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
