Job Description

Reporting to the Sourcing Director, this role is responsible for supporting procurement and Strategic Sourcing activities of Indirect/MRO for all FGF locations. This role requires strong collaboration and the ability to create strong partnerships with internal customers and suppliers.

Primary Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing Support

  • Support sourcing activities including industrial supplies, safety and quality equipment, janitorial and sanitation supplies, facilities services, and uniforms.
  • Prepare and manage RFQs.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in contract administration and renew tracking.

Purchase Order & Vendor Management

  • Create and maintain PR in SAP.
  • Support PR-to-PO conversion and monitor approval workflows.
  • Follow up on supplier quotations, deliveries, and invoicing issues.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, receipts and invoices.
  • Support and maintain item, supplier master data and procurement records.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support procurement process automation and standardization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and supplier performance.
  • Maintain compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with Operations, Sanitation, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance.
  • Coordinate urgent sourcing requirements to support production continuity.
  • Communicate sourcing updates and procurement policies to stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum two years of Sourcing or Procurement experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization both internally and externally in both written and oral form
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, reporting).
