As a customer-facing negotiator, you will have the opportunity to work together with business partners and suppliers to ensure swift and compliant PR/PO processing.

What You Drive

  • Review, process, and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) through Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide procurement guidance, and deliver effective sourcing solutions.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service.
  • Conduct supplier negotiations and support contract development to achieve best value, favorable commercial terms, and risk mitigation.
  • Perform cost and market analysis to identify savings opportunities, evaluate supplier proposals, and support informed business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, service performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners by providing procurement expertise, resolving issues, and influencing positive outcomes.
  • Support risk management activities by proactively identifying and addressing supply, contractual, financial, and operational risks.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment while contributing to shared goals and organizational success.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field required.
  • 0–2 years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, evaluate costs, and make sound business recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build relationships and provide consultative support to business partners.
  • Proven ability to work independently, solve problems, and navigate ambiguity using sound judgment.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and influence outcomes through collaboration and data-driven decision making.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance and operational excellence.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace changing priorities, technologies, and business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
