Play a key role in managing competitions for net new contingent labor resources, partnering with business leaders to understand their needs, select the right procurement approach, and lead competitive processes end-to-end. You’ll support Vendor Relationship Managers as needed and contribute to the ongoing performance management of contingent labor vendors by gathering feedback and evaluating vendor performance.
You’ll also support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities within Process Unity, ensuring vendors meet FCC risk and compliance requirements. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow for contract tracking, Docusign for contract routing and signature, and SAP for creating purchase orders, you’ll ensure processes are accurate, compliant and well-documented.
Your strong understanding of the contingent labor market—including vendors, trends, and market rates—along with solid negotiation and procurement experience, will drive effective outcomes. Above all, you’ll make an impact through exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and a strong risk mindset.
Lead and manage competitions for net new contingent labor resources and teams, from intake to award
Partner with business leaders to gather contingent labor requirements and determine the appropriate procurement approach
Manage all components of the competitive process, ensuring timelines, documentation, and governance requirements are met
Support Strategic Sourcing Specialists by assisting with competitions as required
Contribute to contingent labor performance management by gathering feedback and scoring vendor performance
Complete Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities for a broad range of vendors
Track contracts, competition documentation and related correspondence in ServiceNow
Route contracts for review and signature using Docusign
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, risk and other internal partners to ensure alignment and compliance
Required Qualifications
Formal training in any of these areas, or a closely related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, contract administration or contingent workforce operations
Hands-on experience managing or supporting competitive procurement processes
Strong knowledge of the contingent labor market, including vendors, trends and market rates
Prior procurement experience, including negotiation and vendor evaluation
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow within an operational or enterprise environment
Hands-on experience using Docusign for document management and electronic signatures
Experience working with SAP to create and manage Purchase Orders
Experience supporting or completing Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities within Process Unity with a demonstrated risk mindset
Proven ability to manage complex processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners and external vendors
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a matrixed or complex organizational environment
Familiarity with procurement, risk, and finance collaboration models
Experience supporting contingent workforce or vendor performance management programs
Experience with Process Unity
