Yet, without consistent leadership in intake and consultation, potential clients sometimes fall through the cracks. That’s where you come in. As our new Strategic Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in building a high-accountability, high-conversion intake department. You’ll channel the team’s passion into purpose by building the systems, strategy, and structure they need to succeed.
As the Strategic Sales Manager at Serving Immigrants, you will play a critical role in connecting prospective clients with the legal help they need. You will oversee the intake and consultation teams, manage performance metrics, and lead ongoing training to improve close rates and client satisfaction. Your work will directly impact the firm's revenue growth and client experience. You will also represent the firm at community events, serve as a bridge between marketing and intake, and help shape the future of our national expansion.
