Shape the future of profitable growth at Nestlé Poland

We are looking for an experienced leader who will help shape the future direction of Strategic Revenue Management at Nestlé Poland, develop a strong team of experts and influence key decisions that drive business growth and profitability.

This position combines functional SRM leadership, people management and the transformation of commercial decision-making. Your recommendations will not remain analyses. They will be translated into clear business actions.

Your key responsibilities

• Co-create the SRM vision, roadmap and further development of the function at Nestlé Poland.
• Lead, develop and inspire the SRM team, building a strong and trusted centre of expertise.
• Shape recommendations across pricing, Price Pack Architecture, commercial mix, promotions, trade terms and trade investment.
• Identify growth and profitability opportunities through analytics, insights, scenario modelling and impact assessment.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Head of SRM & CDT Corporate and senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance and CDT.
• Build SRM capabilities across the organisation and introduce best practices, processes and tools.
• Initiate and lead transformation projects, building strong cross-functional engagement behind change.

What we are looking for?

• Extensive experience in SRM/RGM, Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Finance, Category Management or a related field.
• Strong people leadership experience, including coaching and developing talent.
• A solid understanding of the connections between price, volume, mix, promotions, trade investment and profitability.
• The ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
• A leader who builds trust, engages people and has the courage to constructively challenge the status quo.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
