
Strategic Resource Director of Infection Prevention (Remote) is a leadership role which serves the company’s mission through strategic allocation of resources to ensure the successful execution of strategies in the prevention of HAIs across all levels of the Enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Director of Infection Prevention, this position focuses on operationalizing system-wide initiatives, standardizing practices across multiple sites, and providing direct support to facility-based infection prevention teams.

Staff Development Recruits, orients, and mentors facility-level Infection Preventionists, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent competency across the system.
