Strategic Purchaser
Place of work: Belgrade

About the job:

As a Strategic Purchaser, you will be responsible for defining and aligning the strategy within the assigned categories, participating in strategic procurement projects, and managing tender procedures. You will also prepare and align sales and purchase agreements and purchase orders, collect documentation, and create reports related to the indirect procurement process.

• Participation in strategic procurement projects

• Preparing and aligning sales and purchase agreements and purchase orders
• Collecting documentation related to the indirect procurement process
• Creating reports related to the indirect procurement process

Qualifications:

• University degree in technical or social sciences
• Minimum two years of work experience in the same or similar positions
• Knowledge of business English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; advantage – knowledge of working in SAP and Ariba systems
• Excellent negotiation skills and presentation abilities
• Responsibility, strong communication skills, good organization, and team orientation
