About the role
The Strategic Projects Manager (Student Engagement and Success) drives the design and delivery of transformative university-wide initiatives that enhance student wellbeing, mental health and disability inclusion. As a key member of the Student Engagement and Success leadership team, the role shapes strategic frameworks, fosters meaningful collaboration across the university and leads evidence-informed, student-centred initiatives across the University community. By aligning initiatives with the University's strategic priorities, the position plays a critical role in advancing student success and belonging. The role reports to the Director, Student Engagement and Success.
