Your new role
As Strategic Projects Lead, you will work closely with the General Manager (GM) and the Novo Nordisk Poland (NNPL) Leadership Team to drive the strategic priorities that shape our affiliate's future. You will act as a trusted partner and connector – ensuring alignment, momentum and executive support & drive across some of our most important business initiatives.

As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Covering 194 countries and 95% of the world's population, more than 18,000 of us work passionately to serve 35 million patients each day. Within IO, you will join Novo Nordisk Poland – a dynamic and ambitious affiliate within BA East. You will work directly with the GM and Leadership Team, sitting at the heart of where strategy meets execution, and playing a key role in how we deliver on our commitments to patients in Poland.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 237,950.00 to 416,410.00 PLN, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
