What You Will Do
- Lead strategic projects aimed at improving customer conversion rates and enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique hiring challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Drive operational efficiency across account management, product, and customer success functions.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Work within a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs and customer demands.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, account management, or customer success, with a strong focus on ownership and results.
- Proven track record of driving success in early-stage startups, ideally having joined when the team was under 25 people or during Seed/Series A funding.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on tight deadlines.
- A passion for customer engagement and a commitment to creating lasting partnerships.
Preferred
- Experience in the Internet marketplace or recruitment industry.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to track performance metrics and inform strategic decisions.
- Previous involvement in startup environments where adaptability and innovation were crucial.
Compensation and Benefits
