One of our most strategically critical areas is data integrations These integrations are foundational to our success in the German market, yet today they underperform due to fragmented ownership and misalignment.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a senior, highly credible, and technically-minded Strategic Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of financial data integrations This role is all about turning complexity into execution: aligning Product, Engineering, GTM, and partners; translating feedback into action; and ensuring our integrations are best-in-class in product quality, infrastructure, compliance, and customer experience.

You’ll be the single point of ownership and internal champion for key integrations — driving both immediate delivery and long-term strategic impact.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Partnership Management & Strategy

  • Act as the dedicated Project Manager and single authoritative point of contact for our strategic financial integrations, owning technical, commercial, and operational alignment.

  • Develop and execute the long-term GTM and enablement strategy for these integrations, ensuring clear positioning, expectations, and value realization across the organization.

  • Lead regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to stay aligned on strategic goals, roadmap priorities, and overall partnership health.

Customer & Partner Signal Ownership

  • Centralize, track, and prioritize feedback and signals from customers, partners, Sales, Consultancy, Support, and Product related to our integrations.

  • Identify root causes and clearly distinguish between product gaps vs. enablement, process, or expectation issues (e.g. sales promises, implementation setup, documentation, messaging).

  • Translate insights into clear, cross-functional actions across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Consultancy, Support, and the Help Center.

PMO & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Own the end-to-end project management of all related initiatives, with clear priorities, owners, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to turn decisions into execution — not discussions

  • Maintain a centralized backlog and roadmap covering product work, infrastructure, bugs, enablement, and GTM actions.

Product & Technical Interface

  • Build and own deep contextual knowledge of our partners´ IT infrastructure, APIs, programs, and German compliance requirements

  • Enable Product and Engineering teams by translating technical and regulatory complexity into clear, actionable plans

  • Influence product roadmap decisions, development prioritization, and escalation to unblock progress and avoid dev waste

Immediate Focus Areas

  • Drive high-priority initiatives such as integration development & internal enablement

  • Cover everything from APIs and bug fixing to roadmap prioritization, stakeholder management, and GTM enablement.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Have 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Partnership Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar cross-functional role in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Bring working knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Payroll, or HR systems, with hands-on experience in complex data integrations and compliance-heavy environments (DATEV experience is a big plus).

  • Are comfortable navigating IT infrastructure, APIs, and integration programs, and turning them into clear execution plans.

  • Are professionally fluent in German (C1/C2) — this is critical for daily partner and stakeholder communication.

  • Are proficient in English (Spanish is a strong plus).

  • Excel at influencing without formal authority and communicating effectively across technical deep-dives and senior stakeholder conversations
