THE ROLE

We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to contribute to our team and lead project management for enterprise, commercial excellence and internal initiatives for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio. The role is highly cross-functional and facilitates the execution of business priorities and strategies by: developing and managing project plans, developing and tracking key milestones and metrics, strategic alignment of stakeholders, synthesizing key insights, meeting preparation, and contributing to the development of senior leadership presentations.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

Strategic Project Leadership

• Translate strategic priorities into integrated project plans, workstreams, milestones, deliverables, resource needs, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, clarify ownership and timing, manage sprints, pilots, and ongoing programs, and drive timely resolution of issues and tradeoffs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, gaps, bottlenecks, and interdependencies, anticipate tradeoffs, and recommend escalation paths when decisions or support are required.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environment while balancing strategic perspective with execution detail.

Governance, Insights, and Executive Communication

• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, decision logs, and governance routines that provide clear visibility to progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and realized outcomes.
• Synthesize complex inputs into concise insights, recommendations, reports, and develop executive presentations that support informed decision-making.
• Prepare and facilitate agendas, calendar coordination, workshops, working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and drive next steps/deliverables; document decisions, actions, owners, and due dates.

Change and Continuous Improvement

• Partner with core teams and key stakeholders to align priorities, goals, and deliverables with and advance work across business units and cross-functional teams.
• Champion consistent project-management and improvement tools, technology, routines, and standards across initiatives that support improved customer experiences.
• Establish feedback loops, monitor implementation results, and sustain improvements through change-management, frontline engagement, and performance review practices.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, consulting, business operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Robust knowledge and practical experience in project management in the healthcare and/or the medical device industry
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver results for complex and cross-functional projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure, and lead projects
• Effective interpersonal relationship building and influencing skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and partner with key stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in developing executive level presentations and materials
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and other project management methodologies and tools preferred

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
