Your role will consist of:
Conducting analyses such as operational impact, operational capacity, organizational performance, profitability, resource requirements, and more.
Developing analytical models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contributing to the development of corporate and operational strategies by providing structured data, forecasts, and recommendations.
Assessing risks and opportunities related to ongoing projects, initiatives, and processes.
Preparing strategic presentations for senior management, simplifying complex information, and proposing decision‑making scenarios.
Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams (production, finance, logistics, quality, etc.).
Supporting continuous process optimization by identifying data‑driven improvement opportunities.
Performing strategic and technological monitoring to inform corporate decision‑making
As the ideal candidate:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, business intelligence, business administration, economics, or a related field.
You have 5 to 8 years of experience in data analysis, process optimization, planning, or a similar strategic role.
You are proficient with analytical and data‑visualization tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
You demonstrate strong synthesis skills and are comfortable presenting to senior management.
You have an understanding of manufacturing environments or complex project settings (an asset).
You are internally client‑focused and demonstrate a collaborative mindset.
You are rigorous, curious, structured, and motivated by analysis and problem‑solving.
You are flexible and able to adapt your priorities in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
You speak and write French and English fluently
