What You Will Do
- Lead multi-million-dollar projects, fostering relationships with leading AI researchers and stakeholders.
- Manage the complete data creation lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
- Drive revenue-generating initiatives that exceed $10M annually through strategic project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and machine learning, to deliver impactful client outcomes.
- Identify and implement process optimizations to eliminate operational bottlenecks and enhance scalability.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–4 years of experience managing high-stakes projects with a proven track record of generating significant business impact.
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making skills, utilizing tools like Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
- Experience in client management, building long-term relationships, and anticipating customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to execute under tight timelines in fast-paced environments, such as consulting or tech startups.
Preferred
- Experience in AI or technology-driven organizations, with a passion for emerging technologies.
- Background in consulting or finance with exposure to high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Kubernetes, Airflow, and data visualization platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $150K, complemented by generous equity options and additional relocation bonuses based on distance. This company also offers a supportive work environment with competitive benefits.
