Ericsson’s Early Career Program is an 18-month journey for you who are recently graduated or have up to five years of relevant experience. Join Product Line Transport and build your experience in Strategic Product Management, working across Ericsson's Microwave, Routers & Fronthaul, and Transport Automation portfolios. You will work closely with the Product Line Transport Leadership Team and collaborate across Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Sales and Customer Units.
As part of your first rotation, you will contribute to one of our key transformation areas: exploring how AI, automation and data-driven ways of working can improve how we operate and make decisions. At the same time, you will gain exposure to portfolio strategy, customers, market dynamics and business performance, building an understanding of what it takes to manage and grow a technology portfolio.
