This role is ideal for an experienced pricing or legal project management professional who thrives in a partner-facing, consultative environment and wants to shape how complex legal matters are priced, managed, and delivered.

• Act as the primary point of contact in APAC for pricing and LPM matters

• Advise on fee structures, alternative fee arrangements, and pricing strategy

• Support matter scoping, planning, delivery, monitoring, and post-matter reviews

• Lead pricing input for RFPs, pitches, and strategic proposals

• Embed best-practice legal project management principles into live matters

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, service quality, and profitability

• Deliver training and coaching on pricing and LPM tools and methodologies

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Knowledge, and Business Development teams locally and globally

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Proven experience in pricing, legal project management, or a related commercial role, preferably in professional services

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with advanced Excel capability

• Experience managing complex matters or projects with multiple stakeholders

• Confidence partnering with senior lawyers and partners

• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills

Desirable

• Experience in a law firm or legal services environment

• Familiarity with legal technology, AI tools, or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Demonstrated success delivering LPM as a core client service
