Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning:

    Participate in defining the business strategy and growth direction, including the business portfolio, as well as jointly take responsibility for the business planning process and the preparation of business plans (Annual Plan & MTP). This includes preparing key business assumptions and developing financial models to calculate the business's financial performance under the assumptions used in the business plan.
  2. Investment Project & Feasibility Study:

    Develop financial models for investment project analysis (Feasibility Study) to ensure that the information is accurate, appropriate, and complete in terms of returns, investment requirements, and risks, providing sufficient information for decision-making. This also includes conducting post-implementation analysis (Post Audit & Investment Tracking).
  3. Business & Financial Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

    Prepare and maintain presentations of information regarding planned and actual performance against the strategy, execution plan, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for presentation and discussion in various agendas and meetings, such as Company Management Committee meetings, various committee meetings, shareholders' meetings, and annual performance evaluations. This also includes collaborating with the Investor Relations team to review business information prior to its presentation or disclosure to analysts, investors, and shareholders. Be able to prepare financial performance analyses and link key issues to the Strategy & Execution Plan reflected through KPIs.
  4. Project Management:

    Serve as a leader or member of key strategic projects, such as investments in new businesses and business restructuring. Responsibilities include defining the team structure, developing plans for different project phases, as well as collaborating, coordinating, and overseeing the team to ensure that project objectives are achieved within the specified resources and timeframe.
Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields.

  2. Experience in analyzing company financial statements, including Managerial Accounting and Income Statements.

  3. Experience in business planning and investment project analysis.

  4. Broad knowledge of business management.

  5. Strong work management and prioritization skills, with the ability to resolve immediate issues and deliver work under pressure or urgent circumstances.

  6. Give importance to and be able to carry out work accurately in accordance with the company's established processes, as well as improve working methods to align with such processes efficiently and effectively.

  7. Service-minded, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and relevant functions. Able to identify key issues and communicate effectively, with the ability to use English effectively in the workplace (TOEIC score of 750 or above).

  8. Flexibility in managing time between personal and work commitments.
