Job Description

Key Responsibilities

l. Develop and implement strategic plans to align brand strategy with market execution,
ensuring a cohesive and effective approach that involves marketing, sales, medical, market
access, and communications teams.
m. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, medical affairs, market
access, and communications, to identify key opportunities and challenges within the market
landscape.
n. Conduct thorough market analysis to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging
data-driven insights to drive business growth and ensure alignment across all stakeholder
groups.
o. Contribute to the development of long-term strategic initiatives, ensuring they are aligned
with the overall organizational objectives and involve input from all relevant stakeholders.
p. Act as a bridge between various internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and
collaboration to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans across all relevant functions.
q. Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making data-driven
recommendations for adjustments and improvements, taking into account the perspectives
of all relevant stakeholders.
r. Oversee sales operations, including targeting and segmentation strategies, to optimize
sales performance and ensure alignment with broader strategic goals.
s. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that daily sales operations are aligned with
strategic objectives, providing guidance and support where necessary.
