As our next Strategic Planning Director, you will be the pivotal leader responsible for co-developing cohesive 360-degree marketing and communication strategy and ensuring its flawless execution across departments. Your role will be instrumental in creating and managing a comprehensive strategic plan and calendar, leveraging in-depth market analysis and identifying key business opportunities. Your mission will be to ensure the orchestration of Brand Communication activities and to serve as a strategic bridge with the Product Marketing and Commercial teams, working collaboratively with the markets to ultimately enhance brand image and drive Maison’s priorities and business growth.
This role reports to the Brand Communication Director and is based in Milan.
You will drive the development of the 360 yearly marketing and communication strategic planning
You will build the marketing and communication planning and calendar
You will orchestrate and coordinate the roll out of the strategy
You will lead and develop a lean and high-performing strategic planning team
