The Strategic Planning Associate plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the healthcare system. Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategic Planning, this position is responsible for data analysis, market research, and project management to inform leadership decision-making and ensure alignment with our mission and long-term goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about advancing healthcare services.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Master’s degree in Business Administration or closely related field, Master's degree required, and two to three years of Business Management/Development experience required.
