Country Managerの信頼できるビジネスパートナーとして、重要な意思決定・優先事項・変革をサポートする
ビジネス分析、市場インサイト、競合情報、事業パフォーマンスレビューをリードする
複雑なデータを明確で実行可能な提言に落とし込み、リーダーシップに提示する
営業・Delivery・Service・Energyなど各機能において、データドリブンな意思決定を推進する
経営層向けダッシュボード、レポート、ビジネスプレゼンテーションを策定・運用する
年間計画、予測、目標設定、リソース配分をサポートする
部門横断のビジネスプロジェクトをリードする
必要に応じて、少人数のData Analystチームを組成・育成・マネジメントする
現状を打破し、First Principles思考で複雑な事業課題に取り組む
学士号以上（MBAあれば尚可）
ビジネス分析、ビジネスアナリティクス、マネジメントコンサルティング、コーポレート戦略のいずれかで8年以上の経験
データ分析とインサイト創出の強い実績
優れた構造化思考力と問題解決能力
シニアリーダーに影響を与え、信頼されるアドバイザーとして機能した経験
高度なSQL / Python / Tableau / Power BI スキル
ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語力
Country Manager / General Manager / 経営層を直接サポートした経験があれば尚可
