Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overall Bank's whole Business Planning and management support
  
• Short term and long term planning
  
• Monitoring Strategy execution
  
• Support CEO Communication and promoting keys strategic direction
  
• Business Management associate with data analysis, research and benchmarking
  
• Organize and support on BoD, Committees and related meetings and events
  
• Business Channel strategy development and monitoring
  
• Channel performance evaluation ft management (KPI Management)
  
• Preparation of related reports and requirement documents (NBC etc.)

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Banking ft Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
  
• Minimum one year of working experience in related field
  
• Understand and familiar with administration work
  
• Positive mental attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and team work
  
• Good command in spoken and written English is required
  
• Able to use Korean is an advantage
  
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, advance excel and power Bl etc.
