Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college.
• Experience in strategy, finance, program management, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, messaging, and decision support.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving experience.
• Experience translating ambiguous objectives into actionable plans and mechanisms.
• Experience influencing across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen with experience connecting strategy, financial performance, operations, and business outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and driving complex initiatives to closure.

Desired Skills

• Experience with strategic planning, investment strategy, resource allocation, or portfolio management.
• Experience with New Business Funds, Key Investments, IRAD, Capital, or other discretionary investment processes.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, process modernization, or large-scale tool implementation.
• Experience developing future-state roadmaps and translating business requirements into capabilities and implementation priorities.
• Experience with 1LMX or similar enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience with financial modeling, business case development, or investment analysis.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and governance processes.
• Experience integrating complex financial, operational, and strategic information into decision-ready insights.
• Experience in the defense industry and/or knowledge of Aeronautics Lines of Business and Functions.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or related field.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
