Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Plans and Strategy-Assist business units and other divisions in the preparation of business plans and strategies for both existing programs and new ventures. Provide business plan consulting and development services. Lead information development and management, supporting key strategic initiatives. Introduce and support solutions for strategic issues. Develop and utilize existing communication and project management tools for planning and business development. Facilitate and coordinate major organizational projects and initiatives from concept to execution. Formulate strategies or suggest changes or improvements to current business plans, policies, and procedures.

  • Data Analysis-Develop and analyze internal data available through Decision Support and other resources to aid Senior Leadership in data-driven decision making. Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Evaluate operational effectiveness. Other areas of analysis include comparison of competitors' current and future strategies, review of current and future financial needs, and forecasting future economic and consumer trends.

  • Reporting-After careful analysis, develop and present comprehensive reports to inform and suggest changes needed to reach current and future goals. Assist in defining measurements and outcomes for work. Develop executive summary reports on projects and progress to facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement throughout projects.

  • Consulting-advanced communication, listening and providing recommendations to executives; provide consultative support for business development and strategic planning through business and financial modeling.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Preferred: CPA OR Master of Business Admin

  • 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
