Join the Pioneers
Some careers follow a path. Others change its direction. A once-in-a-generation opportunity to help build the future of enterprise AI in Europe. Every decade produces a new technology platform. We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to who is exceptionally ambitious, and who wants to help build one of Europe's most important technology companies via their exceptional sales experience.
Not someday. Now.
This role is designed for someone whose ambition currently exceeds their job title.
If you're looking for a role where you'll learn more in two years than most people do in ten, keep reading.
Mainframes.
Client-server.
The internet.
Cloud.
Now AI.
Companies that define these shifts become foundational to how organisations operate.
At evroc, we're building roc; an AI-native operational platform designed to help enterprises manage, govern, orchestrate, and scale AI across their organisation. We believe the next generation of enterprise technology will not simply be about where workloads run. It will be about how AI operates. How it is governed. How it delivers value safely, predictably, and at scale. roc is being built to solve that challenge. Beneath roc sits evroc's sovereign cloud platform; trusted European infrastructure designed for organisations operating in an increasingly AI-driven world. This is not simply another cloud company. This is an opportunity to help build the operational foundation for the next era of enterprise technology.
What You'll Tackle
No two weeks will look the same.
• Help shape strategic partnerships with global technology leaders.
• Build relationships with executives, founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders.
• Launch new growth initiatives and strategic programmes.
• Create new opportunities across Europe.
• Work alongside sales, marketing, product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Support commercial negotiations and strategic planning.
• Identify emerging AI and technology trends.
• Represent evroc at industry events and executive meetings.
• Use AI tools to amplify impact and accelerate execution.
This is a highly visible role with meaningful ownership from day one.
Skills We Value
We don't believe great people come from one specific background. You may have worked in sales, business development, strategy, consulting, venture capital, marketing, startups, operations, product, partnerships, or something entirely different.
You may have two years of experience, you may have eight. What matters is not where you've worked. It's how you think.
We're looking for people with:
• Exceptional ambition.
• High intelligence and curiosity.
• Strong commercial instincts.
• The ability to build trust and relationships.
• A bias for action.
• The confidence to operate in unfamiliar environments.
• A genuine interest in technology, AI, and the future of enterprise innovation.
If you've consistently been one of the strongest performers in the room, we'd love to hear from you. No specific technology partnership experience is required. No specific number of years in technology is required.Potential, learning velocity, and execution matter more than job titles.
Why Join evroc?
AI isn’t a future skill here. It’s part of how we work today. We expect every member of our team to leverage AI to think faster, automate repetitive work, uncover insights, and amplify their impact. If you're already using AI as a force multiplier, you'll fit right in.
You'll join at a stage where every decision matters. You'll work directly with senior leaders. You'll help shape strategic decisions rather than simply execute them. You'll have access to some of Europe's most influential technology companies. You'll build relationships that most people spend a decade trying to reach. You'll spend more time with senior executives, founders, investors, and technology leaders in your first year than many people do in their first decade.
Most importantly, you'll be able to look back in ten years and say:
'I was there when it was being built.’
Here’s what you’ll get:
• Direct exposure to senior executives and strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional learning and career acceleration.
• Significant responsibility from day one.
• Mentorship from experienced technology leaders.
• Competitive compensation.
• Employee stock options.
• The opportunity to help build Europe's next great technology company.
• A front-row seat to one of the most exciting AI stories in Europe.
There are moments in a career when timing matters. This is one of them.
AI is reshaping every industry.
evroc is building the technology that will help enterprises operate in that future.
This is not a job. It’s a launchpad. Come and help build something that matters.
