Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 7 years of experience in market or business development, engaging with telco channels, OEMs, retailers, Pay-TV in the mobile network operator/OEM industry.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Ability to communicate in English and Arabic or Turkish fluently to liaise with partners in the region.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in market or business development, engaging with telco channels, OEMs, retailers, Pay-TV industry; building business plans and negotiating agreements, driving growth through strategic thinking and deep partnerships.
• Experience with international consulting and knowledge of app/content ecosystem.
• Ability to represent Google in agreement discussions and structure terms to achieve strong ongoing partner alignment.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and work with attorneys on specific agreement language.
• Ability to analyze and structure complex agreements with excellent negotiation and execution skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with product/technical and business teams.

As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager for Android and Telco Partnerships in EMEA, you will be at the forefront of driving growth for Android and platform and devices product areas across the Telco sector. You will be responsible for designing partnership strategies and executing complex agreements that are critical to drive our user acquisition and business generation efforts in the region with partners. You will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to bring new and exciting Android experiences to millions of users. Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to grow and generate the Android ecosystem, aligning with Google’s platform and devices strategic goals to expand Android's reach and engagement.
• Cultivate strong relationships (executive and working level) with partners across the Central European region acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor across the platforms and devices book of business.
• Drive operational excellence in all aspects of our partnership such as regular business reviews, agreement integration, escalations management, etc. Serve as the main conduit for partner feedback and insights.
• Lead complex, cross-functional business initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Lead the end-to-end agreement process, from identifying and creating new agreements (business sharing, services distribution, GTM investments, etc.) to negotiating and finalizing agreements.
