About the job

The YouTube Product Partnerships team drives partner strategy and manages the key relationships that help to make YouTube’s products more universally accessible and useful. We own the business side of new products and initiatives, and our strategic partnerships seek to build, distribute, grow, and protect YouTube’s products globally. We know how to assess partnership opportunities in any situation, define a strategy, and work closely within our team, and with Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical partnerships that help evolve our business.

The Global YouTube Product Partnerships team leads development of YouTube's distribution, strategic marketing and technology licensing partnerships. In this role, you will help drive growth for YouTube subscription services including YouTube TV, NFL Sunday Ticket and Primetime Channels by identifying and closing strategic partnerships that generate new subscriptions and secure partnerships that aid in the YTV product development process. Success in this role requires understanding the current media landscape, defining and structuring strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements and exemplary partner management.

As a member of YouTube’s Product Partnerships team, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify and execute deals to accelerate growth, while developing strong relationships with external partners for YouTube’s OTT subscription services. This position requires thought leadership, influencing skills, research and analysis skills, flawless execution, and a passion for working in the fast-paced area of ‘over the top’ (OTT) subscription services. You know how to assess partnership opportunities, define a strategy and work closely with the Product Managers and other stakeholders to drive first-of-a kind partnerships that will meaningfully impact the business.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
