We are building the future of real world assets onchain, developing infrastructure that connects traditional financial assets with the decentralised financial economy. Most tokenization efforts have struggled because products land onchain with high minimums, heavy KYC requirements, and no clear customer base. We are solving for both sides, onboarding high quality assets and building the distribution layer that drives actual adoption.

Through our flagship product we tokenize assets including securities and structured credit strategies, and deploy them into permissionless, composable vaults, unlocking novel use cases such as structured leverage at the share level for a private credit fund. We are backed by leading investors, and our team comprises experts from top Web2 and Web3 companies.

About the Role

We are hiring an Associate, Strategic Partnerships to support and scale our institutional growth. The role sits at the intersection of business development, market analysis, and capital formation, helping senior leadership scale asset onboarding and raise capital for our onchain funds. You will support capital formation deals led by senior Directors in New York and Singapore, while owning research, preparation, and execution across a range of strategic initiatives.

This position requires strong analytical judgment, comfort engaging with institutional counterparties, and the ability to manage cross functional processes. You will work closely with leadership across GTM, product, and legal to help translate strategy into measurable growth. This role reports to the Head of GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Market research: conduct research and analysis to inform our institutional strategy for integrating traditional financial assets into the ecosystem.
• Asset diligence: contribute to sourcing and diligence of credit funds, fixed income strategies, and structured financial products by performing risk assessments across structure, collateral, liquidity, counterparty, and legal dimensions.
• Capital formation: support institutional capital formation for our onchain investment products by assisting with outreach, materials, and managing relationships with TradFi LPs seeking structured exposure to tokenized yield and real world assets.
• External partner management: assist in managing relationships with institutional players including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, and family offices, helping coordinate pitches, follow up materials, and cross functional execution.
• Internal operations: support cross functional business operations and execution, including driving special projects independently across GTM, PDE, and Operations.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, fintech, or high growth startups in financial services or infrastructure. Experience at top tier institutions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial securities, especially credit and fixed income.
• Ability to read and reason through legal and financial documentation.
• High ownership and comfort operating with limited direction in a fast moving startup environment.
• Mandarin business proficiency, required regardless of location, to engage counterparties and partners across Greater China and the wider region.
• English fluency.

• RWA, crypto, or DeFi familiarity.
• High intellectual horsepower and pedigree, with clear academic and professional acceleration.
• Candidates with TradFi experience.
• Based in, or able to be regularly present in, a Tier 1 or Tier 2 hub city near where regional capital sits.
