Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team in France, specifically focused on the Heavy Industry sector, and especially the companies related to the Metallurgy Collective Agreement (1.6 M employees in France).
The core purpose of this role is to open doors to Sales by strengthening Alan's reputation and awareness amongst HRDs and business owners in the manufacturing sector, and generating business opportunities through targeted field initiatives, after having negotiated partnerships.
While Alan has already signed customers among those regional employer unions, which became ambassadors and champions, you will be the first Field Marketer dedicated to it on a full-time basis, shaping our strategy and representing Alan on a daily basis in key manufacturing business networks and regional and national associations.
Here is how your key outcomes will look like:
Become an expert in the heavy industry market: Deep dive into the metallurgy sector to build actionable insights, understand specific challenges (price pressure, tough labor conditions, high turnover, rural locations, workforce aging, skills shortage), and upskill the sales team on market specificities.
Develop verticalized sales materials: Work with Business Solutions and Product Marketing teams to create adapted pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and sales assets tailored to the formal, traditional business culture of the sector.
Strengthen partnerships with industry associations: Build on existing relationships with UIMMs (Union des Industries et des Métiers de la Métallurgie) and expand to additional regional associations and to national level.
Generate qualified business opportunities: Create qualified lead pipeline through field marketing initiatives, targeting key geographic clusters and the one unified CCN.
Raise Alan's brand presence in the heavy industry ecosystem: Organize or sponsor targeted events, develop content strategy, and position Alan as a recognized specialist in metallurgy HR challenges.
Establish thought leadership: Position Alan within the metallurgy community through strategic collaborations, speaking engagements at industry events, and content highlighting our understanding of sector-specific challenges.
We're looking for someone who combines marketing expertise with strategic networking and stakeholder management abilities, has a genuine interest in the French manufacturing sector, and can autonomously drive brand awareness and lead generation in traditional B2B environments.
The ideal candidate will bring strong fundamentals in field marketing and proven experience building relationships with regional business associations. They should be excited about pioneering Alan's presence in the heavy industry sector and converting brand visibility into tangible business opportunities.
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are:
5+ years experience in partnerships roles, field marketing, event marketing, or sales development in B2B industrial sectors
Full working proficiency in French
At least advanced level in English (spoken and written)
Proven experience creating and executing localized marketing campaigns in regional markets
Strong ability to plan, execute, and measure event impact and ROI
Excellent networking and pitching skills with operational decision-makers and regional business leaders
Comfortable with traditional, formal business environments (family-owned businesses, multi-generational management)
Strong communication and content creation skills adapted to traditional industries
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Strong ownership and accountability in delivering measurable results
Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C1-E level range
