About your new role
The Customer Success Team is responsible for proactively managing and developing lasting relationships, engaging and developing new opportunities, as well as supporting the successful delivery of NQC services.
As Strategic Partnership Manager, you will have responsibility for an agreed portfolio of strategic industry partnerships across Europe and North America, and responsibility for the growth and successful adoption of NQC technology through these channels. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within these partner organisations by providing insights and value that establishes credibility and trust.
