What You Will Do
- Own and optimize core operational workflows across the business, ensuring processes are scalable and aligned with company objectives.
- Partner with leadership to translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans with clear milestones and accountability.
- Identify bottlenecks and gaps across teams and functions, designing and implementing solutions that enhance throughput and performance.
- Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, coordinating stakeholders and managing timelines effectively.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards to surface key metrics and inform strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on organizational priorities.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team-scaling efforts as the company grows.
Ideal Candidate Background
- Demonstrated experience in an operations, strategy, or chief of staff role within a high-growth technology or marketplace business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience building or improving operational processes from the ground up in an early-stage environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup or venture capital environment.
- Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and recruiting processes.

Compensation and Benefits
