Job Description

We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Associate with an engineering background to work directly with the founders. The role spans planning, logistics, and sales coordination, with opportunities to grow across strategy, BD, and operations. The role requires strong execution skills, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production planning and schedules with the plant and commercial team
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics (shipping, documentation, warehousing)
• Support sales operations track orders, prepare quotations, follow up with clients
• Execute cross-functional projects with R&D, bonding, QA, and supply chain teams
• Create SOPs and process flows for key activities
• Maintain operational dashboards and Excel reports

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, planning, or sales support idea.
• 0 years' experience is okay
• Excellent top tier academic record (honors or Deans Lister preferred)
• Bonus: Background in textiles, packaging, chemicals, or technical manufacturing
• Bonus: Experience in startups or MNCs with structured training
• Highly organized, hands-on, analytical, and dependable
