Job Description

Are you a strategic marketer with experience driving growth through customer insights, commercialization and go-to-market strategy? Do you enjoy influencing stakeholders across global markets, partnering with cross-functional teams and turning market opportunities into commercial results?

NSF is looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to support the growth of our global Water business. This highly visible role will focus on strategic marketing initiatives, market intelligence, commercialization and customer insights across key growth regions.

While contributing to the Water division's broader growth strategy, much of the role is focused on understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities and helping bring new and existing services successfully to market, rather than leading the overall business strategy. Working closely with commercial, innovation, technical and regional teams, you'll help drive business decisions and contribute to the continued success of one of NSF's most established and growing business units.

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid Working: Opportunity to work from home at least 2 days per week
  • Global Exposure: Collaborate with colleagues across Europe, APAC and North America
  • Strategic Visibility: Partner with commercial, technical, innovation and regional leaders
  • Business Impact: Help drive growth across one of NSF's most established and successful business units
  • Career Growth: Opportunity to shape and expand the role as the business evolves
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package

Including, but not limited to:

  • Drive strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth across NSF's Water division
  • Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence and market trends into commercial opportunities
  • Shape positioning, messaging and value propositions for NSF's Water portfolio
  • Contribute to the successful commercialization of new and existing services
  • Act as the voice of the market, helping inform growth priorities and investment decisions
  • Champion voice-of-customer activities to identify emerging customer needs and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with commercial, technical, innovation and regional teams to support growth objectives
  • Deliver marketing initiatives that contribute to lead generation, pipeline development and revenue growth
  • Build credibility and influence across a complex global stakeholder network
  • Support strategic business planning across key growth regions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, commercialization, product marketing, business development or related commercial roles
  • Experience within water treatment, drinking water, water systems, water safety, water chemistry or closely related industries.
  • Ability to translate customer and market insights into commercial opportunities
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead without direct authority
  • Experience working across international and cross-functional teams
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business impact
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Experience across Europe and/or APAC markets would be advantageous
  • Experience with digital marketing technologies and AI-enabled tools would be beneficial
