Internship Program 2027

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

The position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Strategic Marketing Intern, you will:

  • Conduct market research and support the product marketing daily activities such as conduct market analysis for the Andean region (Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru), identifying consumer trends, category opportunities, competitive insights, and business growth potential within markets;
  • Develop strategic marketing presentations and insight-driven materials by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating information from local and global sources to support customer and business initiatives;
  • Support marketing operations by managing purchase requisitions, coordinating with design agencies and external suppliers, and assisting in the execution of regional marketing projects;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen customer relationships and promote sustainable packaging solutions through data-driven recommendations and marketing initiatives;
  • Assist with marketing communications and internal engagement activities, contributing to the creation of marketing content, reports, presentations, and knowledge-sharing materials across international teams.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor Studies in progress: Business Administration, International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economy Marketing and related majors;
  • Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office (mainly Advanced Excel), English Advanced - Can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken English. Familiarity with PowerBI and SAP is desirable;
  • Availability for internship: January 18 to December 13, 2027
  • Graduation expected: December 2027 or afterwards.
  • Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program

  • Interview (September 28 – October 9)
  • Admission (October 19 – October 30)
  • Start Date January 18, 2027.
