Our client, a respected leader in independent adjusting and insurance support services, is looking for a Strategic Marketing & Client Development Manager to drive new client growth and expand market presence.
This is your opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, take ownership of your sales strategy, and focus purely on what you do best — building strong, lasting partnerships with insurance carriers and third-party administrators.
Once a client is onboarded, our client’s expert operations team takes over, allowing you to stay focused on developing new business and growing key accounts.
Identify and close new business opportunities with insurance carriers, TPAs, and strategic partners
Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, and networking events nationwide
Craft and execute outreach campaigns — email, phone, and in-person meetings
Lead compelling presentations and proposals, and collaborate on RFP responses
Build and maintain high-trust relationships with existing accounts to uncover upsell opportunities
Provide quarterly updates to key clients and support strategic account growth
Track KPIs and provide insight into pipeline and marketing efforts
Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the property claims space
Base Salary: $120,000
Performance Bonuses
Quarterly KPI Bonus: $2,500 for achieving key business development targets
Car Allowance: $5,000 annually

Travel: ~25% as needed for client development and industry events
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, client development, or account management in the insurance ecosystem
Deep industry knowledge of IA services, carrier networks, or related support services (temporary housing, mitigation, etc.)
A strong existing network in the property claims space
Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated work ethic
Comfortable working remotely with limited oversight
Willingness to travel for business development activities
