
The Strategic Land Access Governance & Support Manager role is a dynamic and engaging position within the Strategic Land Access Team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong administrative, stakeholder and management capabilities and a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
The manager will be responsible for providing administration, reporting, goenance and performance management support and coordination to all the functions on the Strategic Land Access Team. They will be responsible for developing and managing their team effectively, to ensure the provision of best practice support to the team.

The successful candidate will be based in one of the following three locations - ESB Networks Leopardstown Road, Dublin 18, ESB Networks Wilton, Cork or ESB Networks Rosbrien, Limerick. Other locations may be considered, and the base location will be agreed with the successful candidate This is a national role and there will be a requirement to attend meetings with team and stakeholders in various locations nationwide but primarily Dublin & Midlands.
Smart Working at ESB is designed to make ‘in-person’ time together as purposeful as possible while also enabling the effective use of digital tools and hybrid arrangements to preserve our commitment to flexibility. The successful candidate may work flexibly within the jurisdiction where they have been employed, with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration at least two days per week. All Smart Working arrangements are subject to regular review based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the business.
