ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Strategic IT Project Manager based in the Baltics to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive the development of innovative IT solutions.

In this role, you will take ownership of ongoing digital projects, ensure effective delivery, and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across the Baltic region. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience, expand digital capabilities, and support business objectives.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on project manager who can quickly familiarise themselves with an existing project setup, assume responsibility with minimal ramp-up time, and confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Take ownership of ongoing digital projects and ensure continuity of delivery, governance, and strategic priorities.
• Lead end-to-end IT project management activities, from planning and prioritisation to execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners across the Baltic region.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
• Facilitate roadmap planning, quarterly planning cycles, prioritisation discussions, and project governance.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and digital transformation goals.
• Drive collaboration and communication across multiple teams, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Proactively identify delivery challenges, resolve blockers, and manage dependencies in complex project environments.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions in English, ensuring effective collaboration across markets and functions.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 5+ years of hands-on IT Project Management experience, preferably managing complex, strategic, or business-critical initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with experience working across multiple teams, functions, and dependencies.
• Ability to take ownership of an already-running project setup and assume project management responsibilities quickly, with minimal onboarding.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Practical experience with roadmap planning, prioritisation, quarterly planning, and dependency management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to independently lead workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Fluent professional English, sufficient to lead project activities and stakeholder engagement across the Baltics independently.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model.

Hourly rate: €27–37 per hour, depending on experience and expertise
