Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience gathering technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions.
  
• 6 years of experience analyzing industry, market, and organizational data to develop sales strategies.
• 5 years of experience using the sales lifecycle to drive business.
  
• 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of the culture, socioeconomic landscape, and financial markets in Mexico and Colombia, including their regional differences.
• Ability to extract data, leverage BI tools, navigate public databases, and design tailored quantitative and qualitative market research.
• Capacity to turn research into real growth opportunities, track digital fintech trends, and map the competitive and regulatory environment.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to grasp local slang and retail terminology, coupled with excellent storytelling to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch relevant category reports (recurring), and monitor the "present” to transform anomalies, spikes, and micro-trends into actionable opportunities.
• Translate major theories into specific implications by sector/industry, with strategic relevance to priority Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients.
• Read culture, consumer behavior, and platforms (e.g., Search, YouTube) to identify emerging movements and business implications – which can be industry specific or LCS-wide.
• Connect opportunities with other cross-functional teams.
• Provide expert support to client C-levels when necessary and prioritized by Google Leadership, and participate occasionally on Pod meetings when relevant.
