Role
As Strategic Insights and Intelligence Manager (CEO Team) , you will lead the market intelligence efforts and act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams and executive leadership. You will move beyond data collection to provide high-level briefs and insights that directly shape how we navigate market dynamics. Your mission is to ensure the Sword team is fully aware of the competitive landscape, allowing us to proactively identify new opportunities and scale globally.
The CEO team reports directly to the CEO of Sword and is responsible for: Supporting the CEO and Sword's leadership through our exponential growth, with high-impact strategic initiatives and operational responsibilities; Driving cross-functional and financially significant projects across core business units; Leading and supporting new wave development, new business verticals, etc.; Promoting alignment and accountability across the organization as a change agent for the Organization.

Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity

Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.
Structure, monitor and analyze a complex landscape including traditional enterprise incumbents, agile AI startups, and macroeconomic shifts across the multiple segments and geographies where Sword operates.
Conduct deep-dives into financial data and market trends to produce comprehensive memos for the different business units/teams within Sword
Synthesize fast-moving market data into actionable recommendations and high-level briefs that define the 'So What?' for the executive leadership team
Build and maintain strategic assets (battlecards, competitor profiles, and dashboards) to ensure alignment across Sales, Product, and Executive leadership
Drive efficiency by leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline the collection and distribution of market intelligence
4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, venture capital, investment banking or business development;
A deep interest in market research and the ability to translate complex competitive data into high-level business priorities;
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, specifically the ability to draft and adapt strategic memos for diverse audiences (from product, to sales, to executive leadership);
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with high ownership and accountability;
Organization and planning skills;
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable.
