The Strategic Initiatives Execution Lead leads high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Global Operations, translating strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
Role will partner directly with US Based executives and senior leaders to drive complex, Global Ops-wide initiatives that require real-time collaboration, rapid decision-making, and strong executive influence. This role drives end-to-end delivery by aligning stakeholders across multiple business lines, establishing clear governance and accountability, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and performing complex analysis to develop and implement actionable recommendations. Creates, delivers or facilitates executive level presentations.
The Strategic Initiatives Execution Lead partners with and influences senior leaders, champions change and continuous improvement and may mentor less experienced team members to strengthen execution discipline and results.
This job is also known internally as a Lead Business Execution Consultant.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
