For a global B2B SaaS company providing technology solutions for performance management and people development, we are looking for a Strategic HR & Product Advisor to join a fast-growing, globally distributed organization. In this role, you will actively contribute to shaping product strategy through deep HR expertise while driving internal talent management, compensation, and organizational strategy.

About the Role

This is a unique hybrid role for an experienced HR leader who can operate at both strategic HR and product advisory levels.

You will act as a trusted HR subject matter expert to product and engineering teams, bringing a CHRO-level perspective to product strategy, customer needs, HR workflows and emerging global workplace practices.

At the same time, you will contribute directly to the company's internal HR agenda, including talent management, compensation, recruitment, employer branding and employee engagement.

• Advise product and engineering teams on real-world HR workflows, industry best practices and emerging global workplace trends.
• Evaluate product features through an experienced HR leader's perspective, with a focus on usability, compliance and alignment with modern HR standards.
• Review and improve customer setup, implementation and consulting frameworks to help clients successfully implement performance management and employee engagement strategies.
• Bring customer and market insights into product discussions and prioritization.
• Stay ahead of developments in HR technology, employment practices, regulatory changes and talent management to help maintain a competitive product offering.
• Act as a bridge between HR practitioners, customers and product teams.
• Define and oversee HR policies, talent management frameworks and people strategies.
• Lead compensation planning, benchmarking and total rewards initiatives to support competitive and equitable compensation.
• Conduct executive-level interviews and strengthen talent acquisition processes for global hiring.
• Support the development of a strong employer brand and employee experience.
• Design and drive employee engagement and people initiatives across a remote, globally distributed workforce.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally at CHRO, VP HR, Global HR Director or equivalent level.
• Significant experience working in global organizations, with a strong preference for candidates who have professional experience outside Turkey.
• Broad hands-on expertise across core HR disciplines, particularly Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of how HR functions operate in practice and the ability to translate HR needs into technology and product requirements.
• Proven experience evaluating, selecting, implementing or managing HRIS, performance management, compensation or other HR technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of the global HR technology ecosystem and current developments in the future of work.
• An established connection to the HR community and strong awareness of evolving HR practices and market trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, customers, product managers, designers and engineers.
• Native or professional business-fluent English for international customer interactions and global team collaboration.
• A consultative mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions, provide practical recommendations and influence decisions without relying solely on formal authority.
